OCBC NISP Bank (formerly Bank NISP) is a private bank in Indonesia. The Bank was founded in Bandung, 4 April 1941 under the name NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar-en Deposit Bank. In 1981, had changed its name to NV. Spaar En deposits described as Depositary Bank Core Values Sari (abbreviated NISP), the bank was then known as Bank NISP long.
Since October 16, 2008, the Bank officially changed its name and logo into OCBC NISP Bank. Also the company name was changed from PT Bank NISP Tbk to PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk.
OCBC NISP Bank is also often a good track record of achievement in the banking world and won various awards.
Currently the majority of shares held by OCBC Bank Group, which is located in Singapore. OCBC is a provider of banking services and the largest insurer in Singapore.
