Menara Kudus Mosque (also known as the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Al-Manar Mosque) is a mosque built by Sunan Kudus in the year 1549 AD or the year 956 Hijri using stone from the Baitul Maqdis of Palestine as the first stone and situated on Kauman village, district of the City, Kudus regency, Central Java.
